Important Information, FAQs & Refund Policy
Can I go to the Pumpkin Festival with this ticket?
No. Pick Your Own tickets strictly grant access to the pumpkin fields. For jump pads, hayrides, and farm games, you will need a separate Pumpkin Festival Ticket.
Do I need to bring my own bags or shears?
Nope! We provide everything you need to harvest and transport your pumpkins from the field to the checkout.
Can I bring my dog to the pumpkin patch?
To keep our crops safe and comply with food safety regulations, only trained Service Animals are permitted. Comfort, emotional support, and pets are not allowed.
What is the refund policy for weekend tickets?
Weekend PYO tickets are non-refundable, but you can easily transfer your tickets to another person or move them to another date (up to 24 hours in advance) using the link in your confirmation email!
