Important Information, FAQs & Refund Policy
What is your Outside Food Policy?
You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake or cupcakes at no charge! However, if you choose to bring in your own outside food/beverages or have outside catering delivered, a flat $75 fee will be applied to your party. (We highly recommend checking out our stress-free Farmer’s Porch catering instead!).
What is the Payment and Cancellation Policy?
A credit card is required to be charged in full at the time of booking. We provide a full refund for cancellations 30+ days out, and a 50% refund for 14-29 days out. No refunds are given for cancellations less than 14 days prior, but we are always happy to help you reschedule!
What happens if it rains?
If there is doubt about the weather, call us! In most cases, we can provide a covered space for you. If the farm must close due to severe weather, we will happily reschedule your party or provide a full refund.
What are the rules for decorations?
Tabletop decorations (tablecloths, centerpieces) and tied-down balloons are permitted! However, piñatas, confetti, glitter, water balloons, and anything with fine pieces are strictly prohibited to protect our farm animals. All decorations must be disposed of at the end of your party.
Can we bring pets?
To keep our farm animals and guests safe, only trained Service Animals are permitted. Comfort, emotional support, and pets are not allowed.
