Host a daytime group right in the middle of our famous Pumpkin Festival! Located inside the festival grounds, these private Campfire Sites are a great place to gather with easy access to all the activities. It’s the perfect spot for a fall birthday party, employee event, Scout troop, or family get-together!
IMPORTANT: Festival tickets are not included with your Campfire Site reservation and MUST be purchased separately for every guest (ages 2+). Don’t worry if the Festival sells out—your site reservation guarantees you the ability to buy tickets for your time slot!
You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Or, let us handle the snacks! Smorpaks, hot dog packages, apple cider donuts, and fresh kettle corn can be added directly to your reservation at checkout. (Note: Outside grills and alcohol are prohibited).
Both options accommodate a strict maximum of 30 people per site.
Need more space? You may book a maximum of two adjacent sites for up to 60 people.

Important Information, FAQs & Refund Policy
How do my guests get their Festival tickets?
After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to purchase Festival tickets. The Pumpkin Festival uses a drive-thru admission gate, so you cannot distribute tickets on-site. Please ensure all your guests have their electronic tickets before arriving at the farm.
Where exactly are the sites located?
Daytime Campfire Sites are located along the tree line in the Farm Park, a short walking distance from all the Festival activities. View our Festival Map here!
What is the cancellation and weather policy?
A full refund for the Site Fee is issued if canceled 30+ days in advance. 50% refund if canceled 14-29 days before. No refunds within 14 days. If Butler’s Orchard closes the Festival due to weather, we will help you reschedule or issue a full refund for the site and tickets.
Can I bring my own tables, chairs, or signs?
Yes! Feel free to bring additional folding chairs or a folding table if needed. For businesses: signage (max 2’x3′) is permitted only within your reserved site space. Banners and feather signs are not allowed.
Who cleans up the site?
It is the group host’s responsibility to ensure the event site is cleaned and returned to its original condition. Groups will be charged an additional flat fee of $250 if Butler’s Orchard has to clean up after an event.
